If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on kawaink.com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date. Contact us and we will provide you with the return address. As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. We can illustrate any pet. Just send a beautiful photo of your pet (it's a challenge to choose just 1, we know!) and we will do the work.
HOW TO ORDER
1. Select your phone model.
2. Enter your pet's name in the personalization box.
3. Upload a photo of your pet.
4. If you want to review the design before printing, please select the add-on.
5. Complete the purchase.
Depending on whether you chose to receive a digital proof of your design before printing, you will receive an email within 24hs with the digital demo for you to approve or request 1 edit before printing. Otherwise, the design will be created and printed right away.

3. Well lit photo or a photo taken outside on a sunny day.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Clean the custom Samsung or iPhone case with a damp cotton or microfiber cloth. Add a drop of dish soap to the cloth if needed and wipe the soap down with a clean, damp cloth.
