If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on kawaink.com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date. Contact us and we will provide you with the return address. As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Kawaink delivers its products from different locations to improve delivery times by producing your order at a production center near you using our advanced routing algorithm at the time of ordering.
In most cases, products are fulfilled at the closest production center. Sometimes due to reasons such as stock availability, orders may be shipped internationally even if a fulfillment center exists within the same country.
Not all products are delivered from the same fulfillment center. Because of this, when ordering different product types in the same order, you may need to pay individual shipping costs by product type.
Processing and delivery times
IMPORTANT: As Christmas approaches, we start to see delays from delivery companies such as DPD, DHL, among others. The average delay is 3 to 6 days. Please order your Christmas gifts in advance to get them on time.
