Shipping locations
Kawaink delivers its products from different locations to improve delivery times by producing your order at a production center near you using our advanced routing algorithm at the time of ordering.
In most cases, products are fulfilled at the closest production center. Sometimes due to reasons such as stock availability, orders may be shipped internationally even if a fulfillment center exists within the same country.
Not all products are delivered from the same fulfillment center. Because of this, when ordering different product types in the same order, you may need to pay individual shipping costs by product type.
Processing and delivery times

Consider that all the tables represent estimated delivery times and that, on some occasions, the delivery may take longer due to reasons that Kawaink can't anticipate and are pure responsibility of the delivery companies.
Incorrect address provided
An order where an address was incorrectly inputted into the system can't be refunded given that we are unable to recover packages worldwide when they don't reach their destination. Please pay extra attention before you enter your shipping address as it can't be changed after 1 hour of the purchase entering our system. Get in touch with us using the Chat button within 1 hour of making a purchase if you made a mistake. We don't guarantee the issue will be solved, but we will try to help you.
