We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
Unless damaged, certain types of items cannot be returned nor refunded, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or gift cards.
An order where an address was incorrectly inputted into the system can't be refunded given that we are unable to recover packages worldwide when they don't reach their destination. Please pay extra attention before you enter your shipping address as it can't be changed after 1 hour of the purchase entering our system. Get in touch with us using the Chat button within 1 hour of making a purchase if you made a mistake. We don't guarantee the issue will be solved, but we will try to help you.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and want to make an exchange for a different one, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (*). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
(*) For payments in cryptocurrency, all refunds will be made in USDC and the amount will be that of the value product in fiat currency (EUR / USD). Any loss in crypto value for the currency you used originally is not our responsibility and should be considered when choosing any crypto that isn't a stablecoin.
How to request a refund
- To start a return, you must first contact us at email@example.com.
- Send as much information as possible to understand the reason for your return.
- Attach photos if the refund is due to damage or an erroneous item. We will offer to send you a new item for these cases and you will be able to choose the best option for you.
- We will process your refund within 72 hours. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package back to us. You will need to bear the costs of shipping.
- We will process the refund within 24 to 48 hours from the day the return is received by us. More information on the Refund process is above.
IMPORTANT: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted for a refund. Returns need to be shipped to specific addresses for us to be able to process them. If it arrives to a production center, it will most likely be destroyed and we won't be able to recover it.
